Scratch has now been rehomed!
Scratch is just 1 year old. He has only one eye and was brought into rescue by a vet who refused to put him to sleep 🙁 – he’s obviously had his confidence knocked, and needs someone to show him some love and attention.
Scratch is a little shy but is an easy going dog, and we’re sure he would blossom with the right home to help boost his confidence. Because he is a little shy, he would be better suited to a less frantic household, so we would not rehome him with young children.Read More
Leo has now found a home! Thank you for taking a look 🙂
Leo is a 3 year old male brown Dobe (2011). He has a lovely friendly nature, and is pretty easy going and well behaved. He has a tail, which tends to bleed at the tip when it gets wagged into things! We have no further history.Read More
Lewis has now found a new home – thanks for looking!
Lewis is another young dobey male barely 18 months old (March 2011). Lewis narrowly escaped being euthanised as he was found as a stray in Wales, and had gone after livestock. He is still entire, and gets a little anxious when he is left alone for long periods, although he is not destructive. We’re not sure how he would be with cats, and don’t have much more information on him. However, he is a lovely lad with a nice temperament and is adjusting well to kennel life. He’s into absolutely everything, so keeping his attention is a major challenge! We think he would make an ideal companion for a sole owner, or couple with the time available to develop a younger dog. He may be suitable for a family with older children.Read More
Lucas has found a forever home!
Lucas is a male of barely 2yrs (2011). He was purchased as a puppy, but the owners could not cope with him, and found he was too boisterous for their young pre-teen children. Lucas has lived with a bitch for a while without any difficulties. Ideally Lucas needs to be with a family who can spend quite a bit of time with him to continue his training, and to give him plenty of exercise. Due to his exuberance, we recommend only families with older (teens) children or no children. We haven’t found his to be at all destructive.Read More
Thai is a lovely big boy, and is almost 5yrs old (2011). He’s actually quite gentle with newcomers since he was castrated a short while ago. Thai is fine with women, but continues to struggle with men (was reported to have become dominant and challenging with his last male owner, although he wasn’t there for long.) He’s OK with bitches, and we have not found him to be destructive in any way. He needs an experienced handler to help acclimatize him to living with humans – Is there a lady out there who could offer him another chance?Read More

Diesel has now found a home! Thank you for taking a look 🙂
DIESEL 3-year old male (as of 2011) big and very strong dog came in as a homeless case with a bitch who was re-homed. Diesel seems to prefer his own company but early signs tell Ann he is not a dog for the novice handler.
Kira came to us a while ago as an ex breeding bitch – she’s a bossy madam, but is very loving and just requires a firm hand. She’s based at the Telford kennels, and visits can be made by arrangement.
Kira is house trained, and responds to most basic commands well, particularly when treats are on hand!
History & Health
Kira has been used for breeding, and currently has saggy boobs, and has been experencing a phantom pregnancy. Her general health is not too bad, with shiney teeth and pink gums! She is currently being treated for mites in her ears, but should be good to go within the next couple of months.
Kira is well adjusted to visitors, and enjoys fuss from everyone, including kids. She can be boystrous at times, so we recommend she is only homed with children over 12yrs old. She gets on quite well with other dogs, although can be nervous of larger dogs.Read More
